WHAT WE DO
We believe that a professional, ethical organization grows long-term relationships and fosters good business for all.
SMP has served the 5 state midwest area for almost 50 years. Housed at our facility in New Hope, SMP has evolved into a company that is strictly industrial scrap metal recycling.
We use common-sense approaches to very complex issues. We evaluate your scrap and design the most environmentally sound and efficient systems, at the same time paying competitive prices for the metal that is recycled.
Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible service and return on their metals with our domestic and international vendor relationships and dedicated staff. See how a common-sense solution can help with a complex and difficult waste stream.
We offer comprehensive metal recycling services. We deliver containers to your location, pick them up when they’re ready, and transport your metal waste to our facility for processing.
Celebrating nearly 50 years of enduring relationships with our customers and vendors!
